Responsibilities
- Establishing personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devising strategies to meet those goals.
- Maintaining product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory; understanding vehicle features and describing their benefit to customers.
- Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; participating in test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
- Prospecting daily for potential customers; maintaining consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
- Learning to overcome objections; asking for the sale; negotiating the sale; completing lease and purchase agreements; explaining warranties, services, and other dealership products.
- Following dealership safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automobile salesperson, with a proven sales history.
- Internet sales experience a plus.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Superior customer service skills.
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.

Internet/BDC Sales Representative
Your primary role in our dealership?s fast-paced Internet Sales Department and Business Development Center is to place and receive telephone calls and respond to internet inquiries; to make appointments and schedule showroom visits; other telephone functions may include customer and/or prospect calls that are not appointment related.
We?re looking for EXPERIENCED Internet/BDC representative with a 100% positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Responding to internet sales inquiries and creating appointments for sales
- Generating new business by calling and/or emailing lists of potential customers
- Making sales calls to previous customers
- Making CSI follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent appointment setting skills
- Ability to learn and use the dealership?s CRM and Internet Lead Management tools
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience/telephone etiquette with customers
- Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and maintain general working knowledge of the dealership?s brands and model lines, including standard and optional features and equipment levels
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
Part-time and/or full-time positions available. Must be willing and flexible to work days, evenings and/or weekends.
Generous pay plan including commission.
